Called to speak with customer service rep. Asked about my statement. I made a payment of 1.70 (my balance) one day past the due date. Statement shows 11.69 late fee. She said they calculate the late fee from the previous statement. Okay....But it wasn't even due. I had returned an item for a credit of 9.99, leaving 1.70 owed on the account. I then told her to cancel my account. She stated that if I do, I cannot reopen one later. I told her I had no intentions of doing so anyway. Glad to hear that Belk is doing so good that they do not need my business. Good riddance...

I have never seen such a mickey mouse company. I have been waiting for a return label from fed ex for 10 days. I am going though my credit card company to get a refund. stay clear away from these clowns. my own fault I should have read the reviews all I can do is spread the word. these days company's are so corrupt. They are Kmart quality.

Dresses didn't look like what I order. Plus they came from China cheep material. Wan't order from Macy/Belk again. I was upset when I saw them.

Love Belk! I have purchased in store and on line. People say prices are high, but if you look for coupons and sale items their prices are incredible. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. I returned a dress, it was received in 2 days but it has been 2 weeks with no refund nor communication from Belk. Plus the same dress was available at Nordstrom for 100.00 less!

Belk.com they won't stop sending me spam emails even after unsubscribing.

I ordered for the first time from Belk and will never order from them again!
I placed an order of 4 items, totally over $100. I needed the items for a trip and paid the $24.95 shipping cost to receive the items in 2 days. I received some of the items in 2 days but not all. The last of the items were delivered 6 days from placing my order...way too late for my trip!!

DESERVE LESS THAN ZERO STAR ...

Bad experience, not professional customers service specialist, no knowledge about their job, waste time and money for nothing, liers, I'm sure the managers they knows what their employees doing on this site & Co. and what they doing with the customers.
Thier employees canceling customers orders when the customers got high discount on brands ???

Where is the managers???
Where is person who in charge???

I ordered a pair of sandals size 11 wide for my husband. I realized the order was for 9.5 size. Called immediately and was told to late to cancel. So I ordered another pair 11. W size. Still haven't received my refund for the first pair. I call and get put on hold forever. They are so unorganized. I will NEVER buy from them again and do not recommend them.

Could never speak with live agent, always more than 10 minute wait only chat online 30 days still no refund
